EasyDialer for BlackBerry
installation and configuration for Telemax VoIP service

EasyDialer application enables your BlackBerry phone to automatically use Telemax VoIP service.
You can download EasyDialer 7 day trial version of the Internet, try it and if satisfied, pay and activate for further use.
If you decide to keep it, you can buy it on the developers web site for $10, or you can buy it from us for RSD 800 + VAT.

Application is activated with device IMEI number, so keep in mind you can only use it with the phone used to activate it. If you change your phone, application will not work in new phone (e.g. if your old phone is broken or you buy new model). Application web page is www.callingcarddialer.com

Before you start the installation, please make sure your BlackBerry device has Internet access, since it is necessary to download the application
(e.g. try opening www.google.com). If you don't have Internet access, please contact your GSM operator for help in configuration.

Allowing application permissions can sligtly differ from below description, depending on the BlackBery OS version.

  1. Start Browser application on your BB device
  2. Open the following link http://www.CallingCardDialer.com/ota
  3. Select if you have touch screen phone or not and click on appropriate download link
  4. When download is offered, check the Set application permissions checkbox and click on Download
  5. Click on View
  6. Option for Phone change to Allow
  7. Press Menu button, choose Save(download starts)
  8. Would you like to grant trusted status? Yes
  9. The app is succesfully installed. Run
10. Ok
11. Again permit and save Permissions, then reset the device when asked
12. During restart, check the ‘Do not ask again’ checkbox and click on Allow
13. After phone is fully up again, find the EasyDialer application in the menu and run it
14. Please add a calling card – press Menu button, then Add Calling Card
15. Calling card name: Telemax (write in)
16. Active: checked (default)
17. Call Type: Direct Call (default)
18. Service number: +381646081400 (for mt:s) or +381693402200 (for Telenor)
19. Support Long Dial Sequence: NOT checked (default)
20. Dial Sequence before destination #: empty (default)
21. International prefix: 00
22. Dial Sequence after destination #: #
23. Press Menu button – Save
24. Press Menu button – Set as preffered
25. Press Menu button – Smart Dial
26. Enable Smart Dial – checked (this is what you turn off to deactivate application, eg. when in roaming)
27. Press Menu button – Add Rule (rule order 0)
28. Action – Dial with calling card – If destination number starts with: 00
29. Dial with Calling Card – Telemax (choose Telemax)
30. Press Menu button – Save
31. Press Menu button – Add Rule (rule order 1)
32. Active – checked (default)
33. Action (for Telenor) – Don’t dial with calling card – If dest. number starts with: 0,381,9863,9890,38269
     Action (for mt:s)      – Don’t dial with calling card – If dest. number starts with: 0,381,788,789,38765
     Action (for VIP)       – Don’t dial with calling card – If dest. number starts with: 0,381,1234
                                    * (enter also VPN number(s), or even better prefix(es))
34. Press Menu button – Save
35. Press Menu button – Add Rule (rule order 2)
36. Active – checked (default)
37. Action – Dial with calling card – If destination number starts with: empty (default)
38. Dial with Calling Card – Telemax (choose Telemax)
39. Press Menu button – Save


* companies often use VPN (closed group) GSM service (mt:s Biznet or Telenor Besplatno za tim), when coleagues call each other using short numbers.
  If you use this kind of service, it is necessarry to also add prefix(es) of these short numbers in “Don’t dial” destinations (step 29).
  Eg. if short numbers in your closed group are 2200 to 2299, you would add prefix 22 in “Don’t dial” destinations (it will look like 0,381,9863,9890,22).
  If there are some other numbers (prefixes) which you don't want EasyDialer to active on, add them also.

Please don't forget it is necessary to send us from your registered email address the phone number(s)
you will be accessing the service from, unless they are already registered with us.
